INSTANT DOSA

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup suji/rawa
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup curd
salt to taste
some hot boiling water for making batter (if required)

METHOD
Blend all the ingredients in blender, churn it for 1 minute. Put it in bowl. add water if required to make thin (like we make for chila) consistency. Add some oil on pan, add ladle full of batter spread it and cook till golden flip it and cook from other side too.

KEEP BATTER LITTLE THIN FOR BEST RESULTS.

Serve with SAMBHAR

1. Add rice flour, suji and curd.















2. Transfer it in bowl, add hot water to make right thin consistency.













3. Pour ladle full on pan.













4. Cook from both sides.




















5. Serve with  SAMBHAR.
