WALNUT CHOCOLATE COOKIE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup softened butter
2-3 tbsp warm milk
1/2 cup finely chopped or coarsely grinded walnuts or almonds
3-4 milk chocolate of your choice (I used 5 star as it melts fast)

METHOD
In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar and cocoa powder. Add softened butter and rub with your fingertips to make bread crumb like texture. Add milk little by little and knead smooth dough.

Divide dough in equal portion and make small balls.

Dig your thumb in the center and make well.

Coarsely grind almonds or walnuts. Coat the ball well all around with nuts.

Grease the baking tray and bake it for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.

Let it come down to room temperature.

Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. If required add 1 tsp of fresh cream.

Pour it in the well and leave it for 30-45 minutes to set and enjoy!
