RICE PAKORA

INGREDIENTS
1 cup leftover or cooked rice
3-4 tbsp gram flour (Besan)
1 tbsp semolina (suji)
salt and chilli to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp warm water (if required)


 




METHOD
Mash rice. In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients. Add water if required. It should be more like dough than batter. Divide in equal portion. Make small balls. Flatten balls slightly between palms. Heat oil in pan. Deep fry.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
