OATS RAISINS COOKIES

INGREDIENTS                  
Serves: 6-7 cookies
½ cup powdered oats
¼ cup rolled oats
1 cup Atta (whole wheat flour)
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup softened butter
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp raisins

METHOD 
In a bowl, mix flour, both powdered and rolled oats, baking soda, powdered sugar. Mix well.

Put butter in it and rub coarsely with hands to make crumbled texture. Add raisins

Add milk little by little and knead dough. (add more milk if required).

Divide dough in equal portion. Make medium sized balls and press them flat from center.

Grease baking tray with oil. Keep balls on it.

Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake cookies for 12-15 minutes or till base of cookies become golden in color.

Let cookies rest for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with healthy glass of milk or for munching!
