APPLE AND TUTTI FRUITY LOAF / APPLE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
2 cups peeled and chopped apple
2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
1 1/2 cup castor sugar
2 large eggs or 3 small eggs
½ cup butter
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
½ cup milk (add 2 tbsp more if batter is dry)
½ cup raisins and tutti-fruity

METHOD
Peel,chop apples and keep aside. Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder. Keep aside.

In a bowl, beat sugar, egg and melted or softened butter till pale in colour and sugar dissolves.

Add this mixture in flour and fold with soft hands.

Add chopped apples and raisins and tutti-fruity.


Add milk and raisins and make batter as shown in pic 8.

Grease loaf mould or cake mould with butter.

Pre-heat oven at 190°C and bake it for 45-50 minutes or till golden in colour.

Slice and serve.

2. Sieve 2 cups flour,1/2 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp baking soda.










3. Beat well 1/2 cup softened or melted butter, 1 1/2 cup sugar and 3 eggs.










4. Beat till sugar dissolves and become pale in colour.










5. Mix in flour mixture.

6. Add apples, raisins and tutti-fruity.












7. Now goes 1/2 cup milk and 1 tsp cinnamon powder.










8. Mix well.










9. Grease mould with butter or oil.










10. Pour batter in it. Pre-heat oven at 190°C and bake for 45-50 minutes.











11. After 50 minutes.

















12. Serve with milk or pack in kids tiffin.
