CHEESY TANGY PASTA / TOMATO PASTA


INGREDIENTS
250 gms pasta
3 big tomatoes
5 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
coriander for garnishing





METHOD
Boil pasta in enough water till done. Make tomato puree and keep aside.
Put oil in pan, add garlic and let it turn soft. Add tomato puree and cook for 5-10 minutes or till it leaves the side of pan.

Add salt, sugar and oregano mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Now add pasta. Mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander.













1. Heat some oil in pan.












2. Add chopped garlic.












3. Add tomato puree.














4. Saute tomatoes for 5-10 minutes. Add oregano.












5. Salt to taste.












6. 1 tsp sugar.












7. Now goes 1 tbsp tomato sauce.












8. 2 tbsp fresh cream. cook for 2-3 minutes.












9. Add boiled pasta.












10. Mix well.












11. Add 1/2 cup grated processed cheese.












13. Garnish with coriander and serve.
